ROCKSTAR OF THE
WEEK
On Friday, July
23rd we played at Montana's in Alpharetta for the first time. It
has an unusual setting, kind of Caribbean with the music room actually
in a greenhouse, with loads of ceiling fans and water misters. A
nice size stage and dance floor and a great group of people. The hot
temperature for the weekend didn't phase the folks there and we partied
until 1am. We'll be back at Montana's on Saturday , August 14th. Check
it out, it's BIG FUN
On Saturday night we traveled out to
Mansfield , Georgia to The Charlie Elliot Wildlife Preserve for The
Chandler Wedding. A beautiful place with a beautiful couple. We wish
them the best of luck and many good years.
A EXTENDED weekend
coming up. On Wed, July 28th
7pm -11pm, we're returning to the Tilted
Kilt,
in Johns Creek, for another Bike Night with The Tilted Kilt Girls and
Biker 101. It's always a lot of fun and you bike riders need to check it
out. Excellent food and service. Michael will be on vacation on Wed so
we are happy to have Mr.
Christopher( Rockasaurus Alumni lead
vocalist) filling in for him. It's always a lot of fun with Chris and if
you can guess which hat he'll be wearing next, we'll get you a cookie.
On
Friday and Saturday, July 30th and 31st,
we end the HOT HOT month of July in one of the HOTTEST spots in Ga,
DOC'S
in Smyrna . Located off of Cobb Pky , Doc's has great food, great
service and a super crowd of people that dance the night away. Got
something planned?? Doc's is great for the after plan people, we start
late and go until 2:30 am, so there is plenty of time to eat. dance
and get your party on!!!!!!

The Rockasaurus Band
Rockasaurus
is a 5-piece Variety/Dance/Party/ FUN band from the
Atlanta Area. With 2, 3 and 4 part harmonies ,they bring the
sounds of Rock, Classic Rock, Oldies, Motown/Funk, Southern Rock
and Country/ Country Rock, to your venue or party
They are a self
contained band with up to a 10,000 watt sound system, and
lights. With a variety of material like, The Stones, Free,
AC/DC, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Wild Cherry, Van Morrison, John
Mellencamp, Journey, Foreigner Heartland, Rascal Flats, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Beatles,
Def Leppard, The Blues Brothers, Bon Jovi, Third
Eye Blind, Gavin DeGraw, Smash Mouth, AeroSmith, Tom
Petty, James Brown, Big & Rich, Hank Jr, Marvin Gaye. Joe Cocker
and many more, Rockasaurus is a true variety band. They
are not a 40 minute on and 20 minute off, kind of band.
Unless requested, they play long sets and take short
breaks .They get the crowd
going and KEEP THEM GOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All the members of the
band have worked both professionally and on a local level, and
have all toured in road bands and have made music their life.
They all have been playing the Atlanta and Tri-State area for
the past 15-20 years.

has some of the best musicians in metro Atlanta. I
love the fact they play music that will live
forever. Seeing them at events like the American
Diabetes Association’s "Ride to Live", I became a
fan. All of them are seasoned professional musicians
and seem to be able to cover every dang hit song of
my era."
