Michael is one of the few remaining native folks left, being born and raised right here in good old Atlanta GA. He started with keyboard training at the age of 6 and has been playing music in one form or another since the age of 15. at venues all over the Southeast, starting out with high school bands and progressing into numerous studio projects and live performance bands throughout the years. Influenced by Foreigner, Journey, Boston, Kansas, and many others, he developed his singing skills to become one of the region's most prominent vocalists.

He built his first studio (Seventh Heaven Recording) in his basement when he was 20 and recorded and produced many local bands, as well as side projects, for members of 38 Special, Atlanta Rhythm Section, Kansas, The Dixie Dregs and members of the WWE, over a period of about 10 years. He has recorded many of his own songs as well as countless projects on which he has added tracks and also produced. He is an accomplished vocalist with an extremely wide range of styles and abilities.

When on stage you can tell that he truly enjoys performing and gives it his all. Michael adds that something special to round out the total package and energy that is Rockasaurus.
